Return Policy:
Am I able to return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Made to order and final sale clearance items are NOT eligible for return.
- Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund, less the cost of original shipping and handling.
How do I return an item?
To open a return request:
- If you would like to initiate a return or exchange,
please submit a Contact Us Request or email Customer Care at
customercare@overturepromo.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # as a first step.
- If the item is eligible for return, the Customer Care team will issue a return authorization (RA) number, provide a prepaid shipping label sent via email, and confirm any additional instructions for completing the return.
- Put the item(s) being returned in the original packaging.
- Note the original order number and RA number on the outside of the package to expedite processing.
- Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided onto the package and drop off the package at a UPS facility or include it in pre-scheduled UPS pick-up.
Overture will not be responsible for scheduling UPS pick-ups for return shipments. Note the prepaid shipping label tracking number for your records and to monitor the return shipment status.
